Stick is a 2-and-a-half-year-old Springer Spaniel mixed with Labrador, full of energy. He is an affectionate dog, close to humans, but still very "young in his mind," with many emotions to manage. In the shelter, confinement is particularly difficult for him: when he doesn't know what to do or lacks stimulation, Stick can quickly become overly excited. He then becomes a bit "full of emotions," has trouble calming down, and might try to grab whatever he can.
Outdoors, he learns quickly, is attentive, and loves exercises and games. A tennis ball fan, he behaves better once he has been sufficiently exercised, both physically and mentally. Stick needs a clear and consistent structure to channel his energy and help him find his balance.
