Adopt a Pet

Lola is a 6-year-old female American Staffordshire Terrier.
She is very sociable with humans. She is also comfortable around children and even tends to be protective of them.
However, Lola reacts strongly to other dogs and should therefore be the only dog in the household. When out on walks, she pulls a lot on the leash and encounters with other dogs will need to be managed carefully.

At the shelter, she spends a lot of time sniffing her surroundings and plays relatively little at the moment. However, it is important to bear in mind that a dog's behavior can change once they are settled in a home: Lola may well become more playful or express herself differently in a stable environment.

The ideal home:

• A family ready to offer her stability and structure
• No other dogs in the home
• Adopters willing to manage her walks and her reactivity towards other dogs
