Talia is a 3-year-old spayed Border Collie mix. She was rehomed through social media before arriving at the shelter. Like many dogs passed from home to home without proper guidance, her recent history has lacked stability. Talia struggles to stay alone and experiences separation anxiety. That said, she walks very well on a leash without pulling and knows some basic commands like “sit,” although there is still work to be done. She is energetic during outings and runs with great enthusiasm. At first, she can be shy with strangers but quickly becomes very affectionate. We are looking for a calm and secure home for her, where she can take her time to settle in and regain confidence at her own pace. Her compatibility with other dogs still needs to be tested.
