Milarose

Milarose is a three-and-a-half-year-old springer spaniel who was brought to the shelter with another female of the same breed, Louanna. Both have been neglected over the past 12 months due to their former owner's health problems: few outings, little stimulation and insufficient grooming. Milarose is a curious, very energetic dog who easily gets distracted because she has lacked structure and guidance. She will need adopters who are prepared to exercise her physically and mentally, while working on refocusing and structuring her life. Milarose will have to relearn everything: how to manage her emotions and the rules of life. But she seeks contact and is very friendly. We groomed her at the shelter and she let us do it patiently. We are looking for adopters who are available, active and consistent, capable of accompanying her with patience and consistency, without children in the home. Please also be aware of the grooming costs: her coat needs to be maintained regularly.
