To strengthen our reception team, we are looking for a motivated volunteer to welcome visitors at our shelter.
Availability :
twice a week, ideally on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons.
Profile :
The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a good knowledge of animals, and feels comfortable interacting with the public.
Bilingual FR/NL is an asset.
Main responsibilities :
- welcoming and guiding visitors ;
- receiving and handling donations ;
- answering basic questions ;
- supporting appointment scheduling.
A key role at the heart of the action: you are the first point of contact for adopters, visitors and donors.
We are looking for someone reliable, welcoming, organised and motivated, who wishes to get involved in a meaningful role linked to animal welfare.
