At the beginning of April, we received 2 tonnes of dog and cat food from our sponsor Purina, who has generously undertaken to cover the year-round dietary needs of all the shelter’s dogs and cats.
Small puppies, large puppies, small dogs, large dogs, kittens and adult cats each have dry and wet food and even treats that we have sorted and stored as a team.
This support allows us to redirect our resources towards other priorities in our daily lives: treats, chews, special food for animals with allergies and on strict veterinary diets, equipment, care, cleaning products and equipment, enrichment and comfort for the well-being of the animals in the refuge.
